We are developing the future of cities.

All our thoughts and actions are aimed at improving the cities in which we live. We want all our projects to contribute to this goal. In doing so, we ask ourselves three specific questions:

What do we do for the user?
What are we doing for society?
What are we doing for the planet?

    • Appoint new partners

We are delighted to announce that Lukas Woltery and Jochen Wismann have been appointed as partners.

    • Topping-out ceremony at Prager Ring in Aachen: Landmarken and Ericsson are eagerly anticipating the future

The mayor arrived in a fire truck: just eight months after the foundation stone was laid in April, the "Arbeitswelten am Prager Ring" in Aachen celebrated its topping-out ceremony. The sustainable new office building by Landmarken AG comprises almost 9,000 square meters of office and communication space. The main tenant is the global corporation Ericsson, which is moving its Eurolab to Aachen. Landmarken is in talks with other prospective tenants. Construction work is proceeding according to plan, so that completion is expected on schedule at the end of 2026.

    • The only German project: New Dortmund Gesundheitshaus nominated for the ULI Europe Award

As a showcase project for successful building transformation, the New Gesundheitshaus in Dortmund is also becoming an international role model. The Landmarken project was nominated for the "ULI Europe Award for Excellence" by an international jury. Projects from across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa were considered for the award. As announced by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) in October, the Neue Gesundheitshaus is the only German candidate on the shortlist.

    • German Development Partners: Strong partners for portfolio holders and investors

Two renowned German real estate companies have joined forces to offer service development throughout Germany as an alliance of leading project developers. Landmarken and ehret+klein have jointly founded German Development Partner GmbH (GDP) for this purpose. The company is based in Frankfurt. The new company aims to offer both portfolio holders and international investors a "one-stop service" for the whole of Germany.

    • Moringa Hamburg HafenCity: The landmark building for people and the environment celebrates its topping-out ceremony

An impressive topping-out wreath for a pioneering project: the shell of Germany's first residential high-rise building to be constructed according to the cradle-to-cradle principle is almost complete. The mood was correspondingly cheerful on Monday as the topping-out ceremony for "Moringa Hamburg HafenCity" was celebrated. With its unique combination of resource-efficient construction and affordable living, this Landmarken project is considered groundbreaking for the entire construction and real estate industry. In addition to around 220 rental units, the complex will offer communal areas, a daycare center, and a restaurant area upon its completion in 2026.

    • Landmarken lays foundation stone for 209 apartments in Düsseldorf

Landmarken is building a complex with 209 apartments, a co-working space, and three retail units on Kölner Straße in Düsseldorf. The foundation stone for the "Leben am Sonnenpark" project was laid on September 8. Construction is progressing well: the floor slab is now being laid on top of the underground car park and the ground floor is being built at the rear. The construction work is being carried out by August Prien. Completion is scheduled for mid-2027.

    • The smartest building in town is ready

Here, business and research go hand in hand: the latest working environment on the RWTH Aachen Campus Melaten is complete and ready for innovative tenants. SmartLog 3 is the third construction phase of the Smart Logistics cluster and the smartest building in the city. Flexible rental space (office, conference, workshop, catering) is still available.

    • Key handover at AlphaSpace Aachen: Now it's the innovative users' turn

Less than a year and a half after the foundation stone was laid in spring, we were able to hand over the beautiful rental space in AlphaSpace Aachen to its users together with general contractor Goldbeck. After KiteLoft Cologne and BrainFactory Bochum, this is Landmarken's third Spirit Office building to go into operation and, at the same time, an important building block in the development of the Quartier Nord district between Krefelder Strasse and Gut-Damme-Strasse. The 10,000 m² modular building with six floors was completed on schedule and is fully let.

    • The Landmarken family – a "Great Place to Work"

For the fourth time in a row, the Landmarken family of companies has received the "Best Employer in North Rhine-Westphalia" seal of approval from Great Place to Work. • Jury decision in Aachen: Urban design for new residential district has been chosen

Aachen is getting a new residential district with a wide range of housing options, a commercial building, and a five-group daycare center. It will be built on a former railway site measuring approximately 8,700 square meters between Mariabrunnstraße and Weberstraße, within walking distance of the city center. The quality of the urban development, the design of the open spaces, and the ecological sustainability are ensured by an urban planning workshop process, the results of which are now being presented to politicians.

      • School construction

By designing school buildings that can be used for a variety of purposes, we can make an important contribution to sustainable urban development. We are also committed to improving the integration of schools and neighborhoods, thereby creating jobs and providing important impetus for local residents.
