The Landmarken family continues to grow together: At the turn of the year, the Aachen teams from Landmarken and Stadtmarken will move into a new shared office environment: the One Spirit Campus.
Built in the 1980s as the headquarters for the board of AachenM&the building, acquired by the Hermanns family office, is an innovative and inspiring environment with a flexible office concept that can be seamlessly adapted to changing requirements and creates a productive and pleasant atmosphere. Employees of ecoPARKS, Moringa, The Urban Village, and POHA will also be able to work here and collaborate in cross-company teams. Zoned work areas take different needs and working styles into account. Community spaces strengthen the sense of togetherness.
"The campus will be the best place for shared visions, teamwork, and exchange. An investment in the future: as a group of companies, we are moving closer together here to achieve great things together."
Norbert Hermanns / Founder, Managing Director, and Supervisory Board Member
The One Spirit Campus will become the new home for our teams. To this end, the formerly stately location will undergo a significant transformation. "We are breaking up the existing symmetry and opening up the space," says Sylvia Friederich, who is jointly responsible for the renovation, referring to the building's central meeting area. "This is where our marketplace will be created, a cool, attractive meeting place that invites people to engage in conversation."
This will be the One Spirit Campus:
A union under one roof to strengthen the spirit and leverage synergies. Together, we will get the most out of our interdisciplinary skills. A best-practice showcase for sustainable portfolio development and a testing ground for the future development of productive working environmentsnbsp; An optimized existing building that minimizes its ecological footprint with digital innovations, smart building technologies, and a state-of-the-art Smart Grid 5.0.
