In order to be as close as possible to our customers and to understand their needs even better, we have created a new key role at Landmarken: As Head of Customer Relations, Petra Pfeffer has been bringing us even closer to the people for whom we develop our projects since September 2025.

An important step toward new living space: This fall, the public disclosure for our development of the Singer site can take place. This was decided by the urban development committee in Würselen before the summer break.

Remaining true to itself while constantly reinventing itself—Landmarken AG has been following this path with great success for almost 40 years now. We spoke with the two members of the Executive Board, Anke Tsitouras and Jens Kreiterling, about how this is achieved and what goals the company will focus on in the future.

Rethinking urban living—ecological, communal, circular: Leonie Heuschäfer has been committed to this since she entered the real estate industry in 2009 after completing her studies. As Head of Expansion at POHA House, she is looking for new locations for our sister company, which pursues precisely this goal.

Developing portfolios is not an option, but rather an obligation for every project developer to contribute to ecological and social sustainability.

The foundation stone has been laid: Together with main tenant Ericsson and Mayor Sibylle Keupen, we celebrated the milestone for our sustainable new office building on Prager Ring in Aachen in April. Completion is scheduled for 2026, when Ericsson Eurolab will move in with around 500 employees.

To visit Felix Wimmer's favorite spot on the C-WERK site, you need to have a head for heights. On the roof of Building 16, an old red brick building, stands the scaffolding of a Continental advertising sign that once towered high above the tire manufacturer's former Aachen plant.

27 halls with a total area of 60,000 square meters, available for immediate occupancy: this is C-WERK in Aachen, offering flexible rental options for entire halls or partial areas starting at 300 square meters.

We meet at the market square—right on time—for a coffee with Claudia Mainz. "I am a service provider at heart," says the business administration graduate and trained hotel manager. Claudia Mainz is the event and community manager at our new office campus. She spent years working in guest relations and quality management at the Parkhotel Quellenhof in Aachen—the top hotel in town, as they say in Aachen.

Plastic bottles, toys, electronic waste: every year, millions of tons of trash end up in the ocean worldwide. Our partner everwave has taken up the fight against this threatening flood—with remarkable success.

A new campus that is fun and fosters identity, an expanded business model, a clear focus on values, and good intentions for the new year: we spoke with Anke Tsitouras and Jens Kreiterling about these topics. The Landmarken executives also reveal what's on their shopping list for 2025.

The schedule is set: this year, the Landmarken family will equip more than a dozen buildings with photovoltaic systems, with up to 15 more to follow next year. Stadtmarken New Energy GmbH was founded specifically for this purpose, with a mission to generate solar power in a sustainable and decentralized manner. The first milestone: to generate over two gigawatts of solar power by the end of 2024.

Since April 2023, we have been a Landmark "HoffnungsBAUer" (builder of hope) and thus part of the Habitat for Humanity initiative, which brings together companies from the construction and real estate industries to help people in need. The vision: everyone should have a safe, sustainable, and affordable home.

We not only create real estate, but also added value for society. Whether through our projects or our involvement in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Institute for Corporate Governance, we are actively committed to sustainable urban development.

Where rubber seals used to be produced, a new neighborhood is being created as a contribution to urban development. It is a process that many people are helping to shape. In the coming years, a wonderful new part of the city will emerge.

One of Ericsson's most innovative development teams is coming to Aachen. Ericsson Eurolab is one of Ericsson's largest research and development centers in Europe. Since the development of 2G, every single mobile communications standard has been significantly co-developed at the Herzogenrath site. With its project development on Prager Ring, Landmarken was able to convince Ericsson to relocate to Aachen. From the end of 2026, Eurolab will be the main user of the state-of-the-art new office building, occupying 5,500 of a total of 9,000 m² of office, research, and communal space.

The Landmarken family continues to grow together: At the turn of the year, the Aachen teams from Landmarken and Stadtmarken will move into a new shared office environment: the One Spirit Campus.
