Are you familiar with the 3-30-300 rule? Yes, that's right. It actually originates from an urban planning concept, according to which every person in the city should have access to sufficient nature (feel free to google it). However, the consulting and investment management company Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) has used the rule to illustrate potential for optimization in office use.

The sustainable new office building by Landmarken AG comprises almost 9,000 square meters of office and communication space. The main tenant is the global corporation Ericsson, which is moving its Eurolab to Aachen. Landmarken is in talks with other prospective tenants. An impressive topping-out wreath for a pioneering project: the shell of Germany's first residential high-rise building to be constructed according to the cradle-to-cradle principle is almost complete. The mood was correspondingly cheerful on Monday as the topping-out ceremony for "Moringa Hamburg HafenCity" was celebrated. With its unique combination of resource-efficient construction and affordable living, this Landmarken project is considered groundbreaking for the entire construction and real estate industry. In addition to around 220 rental units, the complex will offer communal areas, a daycare center, and a restaurant area upon its completion in 2026.
