The realization of one of Germany's most groundbreaking—because it is also one of the most sustainable—construction projects continues to progress. Our Moringa pilot project in Hamburg's HafenCity has reached another major milestone and secured the experienced Lupp Group as the contractor for the structural engineering work on Germany's first cradle-to-cradle-inspired residential high-rise.

In addition to developing its own projects, Landmarken AG also offers its experience and all project development services—whether for new buildings or existing properties—as a service development, i.e., as a service for other market participants—the public sector as well as private investors and builders. C-Werk GmbH, a sister company of Landmarken, has purchased the site of the former Continental AG tire factory in Aachen. The site will be developed in two stages: while manufacturing companies will be established in the short term, an attractive, sustainable neighborhood will be created in the long term—complemented by the Hutchinson site next door.

Just six months after the foundation stone was laid, the shell of what is currently the largest landmark project is already entering the home stretch: The new data center for the North Rhine-Westphalia State Finance Administration (RZF), a building complex with around 37,000 square meters of floor space, is well on track for completion on schedule.
