A global player for Aachen

One of Ericsson's most innovative development teams is coming to Aachen. Ericsson Eurolab is one of Ericsson's largest research and development centers in Europe. Since the development of 2G, every single mobile communications standard has been significantly co-developed at the Herzogenrath site. With its project development on Prager Ring, Landmarken was able to convince Ericsson to relocate to Aachen. From the end of 2026, Eurolab will be the main user of the state-of-the-art new office building, occupying 5,500 of a total of 9,000 m² of office, research, and communal space.
