New life is coming to the former Opel factory site, now known as MARK 51;7: O-WERK | CAMPUS is creating a forward-looking office district that takes networked working and research to a whole new level.

In addition to developing its own projects, Landmarken AG also offers its experience and all project development services—whether for new buildings or existing properties—as a service development, i.e., as a service for other market participants—the public sector as well as private investors and builders. Landmarken is continuing its collaboration with the environmental organization everwave to make a significant contribution to protecting the oceans. Using a special waste collection boat, we are working together to clean up the waters in Cambodia and thus actively contributing to the reduction of plastic waste in the oceans. This initiative underscores our ongoing commitment to the environment.

This year, we face numerous challenges that must be overcome. It is crucial that we make the right decisions and take appropriate measures today. As the Landmarken family, we are well positioned to achieve our corporate goals. In this video, we show what we will be working on together in 2024.

Jens Kreiterling, architect and economist, has been building Landmarken AG alongside Norbert Hermanns since 2008—initially as managing director and general representative, and since 2015 as a member of the executive board. Today, he runs the company together with Anke Tsitouras. The father of two daughters wants to develop economically attractive projects that also have high standards of good architecture and create social added value – both socially and ecologically. We spoke to the Landmarken board member about this self-image.

This year, the Gesundheitshaus in Dortmund is opening its doors to an exciting new chapter after 70 years of use by public authorities. One highlight is the opening of the prizeotel in the main building of the complex.
