Six years into the project, we have now put the final piece of the puzzle in place for our "Theaterplatz in Aachen" project: The last rental space in the historic "Bankhaus am Theater" building was recently handed over to our tenant, and the project was honored with the FIABCI Award.

WOW, that's LandmarkenSpirit – 35 years of project development by the Landmarken family were celebrated in style. This year, we look back on three and a half successful decades – first under the name AMW Projekte, then as Landmarken AG from 2006 onwards. During this time, we have focused on making cities livable and attractive, while always contributing to the community. We celebrated this anniversary with our fantastic team, our partners, and our customers. Our goal: to say thank you for 35 successful years together!
