The buildings consist of two units. The largest building is clad in a brick-red aluminum slat structure. This extends across the entire façade and gives the building a uniform, stylish look. "The different shades of red reflect the colors of the surroundings and give the building a varied and sculptural appearance," says Kilian Kada of kadawittfeldarchitektur. "The second building, which completes the neighboring block perimeter, will be clad with relatively smooth aluminum panels in earthy tones." Up to 10,000 square meters of office space are planned. The planted outdoor area between the two buildings will become a public green space and will be enlivened by the Work Café with outdoor seating.
