Reinforcement: Gerhard Feldmeyer supports Landmarken company
Reinforcement for Landmarken, Moringa and Co.: Gerhard Feldmeyer will support the companies of the Landmarken family as a driver of design and innovation. The long-standing managing partner of HPP Architekten is particularly committed to sustainability, complex neighborhood development, and the construction of the future. The experienced architect will not only act as an advisor to the companies in the Landmarken cosmos, which include Moringa GmbH, the project developer ecoPARKS, and the portfolio manager Stadtmarken.
Gerhard Feldmeyer will support companies in particular in the development of pilot projects in the field of new construction—Moringa GmbH is a pioneer in this area with its cradle-to-cradle approach. The program also includes identifying ecological product innovations, preparing competitive bidding processes, implementing ecological and social aspects in the early project phases, and exchanging best practices with the various teams within the group of companies.
"After my statutory departure from HPP, I could now sit back and relax, but there is still too much to do in these transformative times," says the 66-year-old, describing his motivation to continue driving forward the realignment of the construction and real estate industry instead of watching from the sidelines. "My mission is not yet complete"My mission is not yet complete. With the companies of the Landmarken family, their wide range of disciplines and their courageous, future-oriented approach, I am sure I can still achieve a great deal," says the architect.
"We at Landmarken set ourselves high social and ecological goals. Adhering to these and continuously developing our concepts is the motivation we share with Gerhard Feldmeyer and which brought us together," says Landmarken CEO Jens Kreiterling. They have known and respected each other for a long time: "I have already had the opportunity to experience Gerhard Feldmeyer's expertise in joint innovative projects, for example in the context of our collaboration on The Cradle project in Düsseldorf's Media Harbor," says Vanja Schneider, Managing Director of Moringa GmbH. "In Gerhard Feldmeyer, we have gained a highly experienced, creative expert who is highly motivated to work with us to drive forward the long-overdue construction revolution. I am therefore very much looking forward to working with him."
Gerhard Feldmeyer gained his expertise working for internationally renowned architectural firms. After a year in Tokyo and several years at Meinhard von Gerkan (gmp) in Hamburg, he spent more than three decades at HPP, where he held positions of responsibility as managing director and partner since 2002. Today, Gerhard Feldmeyer is also a brand ambassador for Madaster, the global online platform that enables the circular use of materials and products in the construction industry.
