Hansator Münster on the home stretch – and soon with Hawaiian bowls
While work on Landmarken AG's Hansator is entering the home stretch, the first restaurant tenant is also preparing for its opening: Ma'loa is bringing a piece of Hawaii to Münster.
The Berlin franchise is riding the wave of the conscious eating trend and is focusing on Hawaiian poké bowls as its flagship for healthy fast food.Ma'aloa will operate a restaurant covering approximately 100 square meters plus around 80 square meters of outdoor dining space on the corner of the south tower of the complex, which forms a second front to the main station with access to the tracks in the Hansaviertel district. The franchisee has signed a ten-year lease with an option to extend and will take over the space shortly. "The concept of a lively urban quarter includes meeting places where people can eat and drink together," says Landmarken project developer Laura Bednarowicz. "That's why we are very pleased about this addition to the local restaurant scene." Operator Niklas Dicke is absolutely convinced of the Ma'loa concept and will open in the summer: "I know from other cities that it works. We want to prepare 21st-century fast food for young people and the young at heart," says the 24-year-old owner. "My team and I look forward to welcoming guests in a relaxed atmosphere."
