We rely on cooperation with partners. For example, start-ups from the digital scene can use their ideas to develop good solutions for the real estate industry. It is also conceivable that research institutes at universities such as RWTH Aachen University could be commissioned to develop solutions for specific challenges in the real estate industry that do not yet exist.

The possibilities offered by digitalization help us to simplify the handling and operation of buildings, as well as their maintenance and repair, for everyone. With artificial intelligence, buildings are learning to optimize themselves, save energy, or even produce it themselves, thereby making an important contribution to achieving our climate goals. But that's not all: we also want to use artificial intelligence to make the people in a building happier. Digitalization will make it possible to operate a building intensively for the benefit of its users—and we want to achieve nothing less than that.

Digital Office: Where innovation is developed (with)

We want to respond quickly to market changes and evolving processes and, ideally, help shape them for the benefit of customers and users, whose needs are also changing.

Internally, too, we want to take advantage of the opportunities offered by digitalization to work more efficiently and effectively. Digital adaptations open up incredible possibilities and opportunities to improve the customer experience and optimize internal processes. We want to be pioneers in this field.

Our employees are at the heart of this. Their skills, ideas, and knowledge, which we want to continuously expand, form the basis for creating new solutions for the benefit of users. We rely on cooperation with partners. For example, start-ups from the digital scene can use their ideas to develop good solutions for the real estate industry. It is also conceivable to commission research institutes at universities such as RWTH Aachen University to develop solutions for specific challenges in the real estate industry that do not yet exist.

Gaming rooms for the new generation

We are already working on developing modern working environments at the best office in the world. Inspired by the ideas of a new generation of young employees, we no longer design workplaces as static locations, but as digital, networked, and versatile spaces. People are the key factor, which is why we focus on users and their needs. We offer a wide range of digital services related to the property or neighborhood so that tenants can focus more on their work while achieving a good work-life balance.

Buildings with high-speed internet, meeting and game rooms, leisure facilities, and a modern mobility concept are currently in the planning stage. A digital concierge service allows for the flexible booking of electric cars and conference rooms, as well as the management of parcel, printing, cleaning, and laundry services. Community chat functions bring people from all rental units together, whether for professional exchanges or to play sports together during breaks.
