Code of Building Culture

We were one of the first companies to sign the Code for Building Culture this year. Our commitment to the fundamental values of the Federal Foundation for Building Culture is an expression of our Landmarken philosophy in practice.

Our Sustainability Fund

In order to promote both ecological and social sustainability in our projects, we have set up a sustainability fund. This serves to achieve project goals, even if sustainable measures are not always economically viable today. Projects can apply for a grant from the internal fund with their goals and measures. This also creates competition that promotes innovation and inspires everyone in the company. The fund is financed by Landmarken AG's revenues and serves as a bridge. We are already firmly convinced that ecologically and socially sustainable action will also pay off economically.

Landmarken AG's sustainability strategy

We identify the sustainability potential in all our projects

and use an internal fund to ensure that our projects and the preservation of economic efficiency can be designed in a sustainable manner.

Until the year

2030

We will maintain and revitalize our building stock and operate it in a climate-neutral manner by 2030.

Up to

100%

At the Landmarken Group, we design our business processes to be climate neutral.
