The property, which consists of three buildings with around 28,800 square meters of rental space, including a listed old building, was sold by Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, which will remain as a tenant in the complex until April 2025. As part of its strategy of sustainable portfolio development, Landmarken will renovate the property to improve its energy efficiency. The property will be operated by Landmarken's sister company Stadtmarken Business, which will implement a user-oriented management concept.
The Augustaanlage is our first property in Baden-Württemberg. Most of the available space is leased. From August, 8,200 square meters of rental space will be available. We will revitalize the location in an excellent inner-city location with user-oriented concepts.
