In the heart of the city and a stone's throw from the main train station lies Bochum's vibrant cultural center: Bermuda3Eck. A modern office and hotel complex is being built here.

With its entrance area and impressive glass façade, the Economy Design Hotel positions itself as a showcase for the urban space towards Bermuda3Eck. The 175 hotel rooms are accessed from the two-story foyer.

The rear wing of the five- to ten-story building, designed by the architectural firm ZHAC, will house modern office space and co-working spaces for creative start-ups and established companies.

The development of additional office and co-working spaces is also planned in a second building section.

City Tor Süd, with our mixed-use project "Be.Cause," will soon be a diverse location for business, creativity, culture, and leisure in the heart of Bochum. The property, which consists of three buildings with around 28,800 square meters of rental space, including a listed old building, was sold by Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, which will remain as a tenant in the complex until April 2025. As part of its strategy of sustainable portfolio development, Landmarken will renovate the property to improve its energy efficiency.
