Together with Münster-based Grimm Holding, Landmarken AG is developing modern and flexible workspaces for office users and service providers in the Loddenheide district, the up-and-coming hot spot of Münster's office and service scene.
With the two L-shaped office buildings plus a parking garage, a sophisticated urban planning solution has been found that makes all areas of the project equally attractive. In addition, the location on two main traffic axes ensures excellent visibility and good connections to public transport routes.
The two buildings have a total gross floor area of approximately 13,300 m² Of gross floor space and are already about half leased. The flexible, modern office architecture allows the interior spaces to be divided according to tenant requirements.
