Building plot in the Media Harbor

Second place among 51 bids: In the City of Düsseldorf's investor selection process, the task was to develop an attractive building plot in the Media Harbor.

As part of the task, we opted for a mixed-use concept comprising a design budget hotel, co-working and gastronomy facilities, as well as space for culture and an urban market hall.

The result was an ensemble that impressed with its high-quality architecture and would have been a true pioneer for the future of work with its flexible office concept and neighborhood app.

    The property, which consists of three buildings with around 28,800 square meters of rental space, including a listed old building, was sold by Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, which will remain as a tenant in the complex until April 2025. As part of its strategy of sustainable portfolio development, Landmarken will renovate the property to improve its energy efficiency.
