Resource-saving inventory optimization
The mixed-use complex, consisting of several buildings with around 8,200 square meters of rental space in the Bad Godesberg district, is now being upgraded in terms of design and undergoing comprehensive energy-efficient renovation.
Built in 1993, the ensemble in a prominent location offers space for a variety of uses. In addition to office space and apartments, the municipal district library is also located in the Lindeblock. The post office and various retail spaces, including a bicycle shop, round off the vibrant mix of uses. We lease any space that becomes available.
The sustainable optimization of existing properties to reduce their ecological footprint is an integral part of our corporate strategy, which is currently being implemented in Bonn. Further examples include the partially leased office campus on Rochusstraße in the Endenich district, where modern working environments are being created in a resource-efficient manner, and KONTOR 2 in Bonn-Beuel, which will be handed over to the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks after its revitalization in summer 2022.
