Affordable, high-quality housing and added value for the entire district: "Leben am Sonnenpark" creates an attractive link between the lively Kölner Straße and Sonnenpark, the green heart of Düsseldorf-Oberbilk.
In addition to apartments for families, there will also be apartments for students and trainees, as well as seven studio apartments for artists. Architecturally, the project blends invigoratingly into the urban structures of the surrounding area.
