Ideal conditions in every dimension

New life is emerging on the disused Opel factory site MARK 51°7 in the form of an innovative office district of the future. The O-WERK | CAMPUS enables perfectly networked working and research with a wide range of facilities for work-life balance.

The campus consists of the already completed O-WERK, the former administration building of the Opel factory, as well as attractive new buildings, which are being constructed in several phases and offer state-of-the-art office space for single and multi-tenants.

The development focuses on the concept of a neighborhood. The focus is on the employees of the companies and research institutions working there. A neighborhood app with many services will also be offered. In front of the O-Werk, two new buildings will house a daycare center and a restaurant.

The first construction phase, which comprises three buildings with a gross floor area of around 25,000 m² and is already two-thirds leased, is already under construction. The high architectural standards are ensured through collaboration with HPP Architects from Düsseldorf.
