New Home and Showroom
The Landmarken family continues to grow closer together: In December, the Aachen-based teams from Landmarken and Stadtmarken will move into a new shared office space.
Built in the 1980s as the headquarters for the executive board of AachenMünchener Versicherung AG, the building—acquired by the Hermanns family’s Family Office—is being transformed into an innovative and inspiring environment with a flexible office concept that can be seamlessly adapted to changing needs and creates a productive and pleasant atmosphere. Zoned workspaces accommodate different needs and work styles. Community spaces foster a sense of togetherness. The large marketplace becomes a central gathering area—a cool, attractive meeting spot that invites interaction.
As a testing ground for the future development of productive work environments, the building is also optimized to minimize its ecological footprint through digital innovations, smart building technologies, and a state-of-the-art Smart Grid 5.0.
Thus, the campus becomes a showroom and best-practice example for:
- modern, productive office environments that promote well-being and
- outstanding sustainable retrofits based on our “Manage-to-ESG” concept.
Employees from ecoPARKS, Moringa, The Urban Village, and POHA can also work here and collaborate in cross-company teams. For our teams, the campus will become a new home. It is an investment in the future of the corporate group, which is coming closer together at the new location. The campus will become the best place for shared visions, teamwork, and exchange, enabling us to leverage synergies and achieve great things together.
