Overall concept for exceptional quality of stay

Directly opposite the new job center for the Aachen urban region in the northern district, Landmarken has completed an office and commercial building that resembles a pickup truck and offers modern office and restaurant space.

The approximately 5,000 m² of rental space for office and practice use as well as restaurants on six attractive floors is fully leased. Cognex Germany Aachen GmbH is the main tenant, occupying 3,700 m², while Burger King has leased 600 m² on the ground floor. The remaining space is used by the therapiezentrum.com practice.

Thanks to its location directly on Krefelder Strasse, the new building offers excellent visibility, sufficient parking spaces, and optimal public transport connections. The building, which is DGNB Gold certified, has already been sold to an experienced investor.

The location is particularly attractive due to its excellent infrastructure in close proximity to the Aachen tax office, the Soers sports park with its equestrian stadium and Tivoli soccer stadium, numerous companies from the trade and service sectors, and a wide range of restaurants.

      The property, which consists of three buildings with around 28,800 square meters of rental space, including a listed old building, was sold by Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, which will remain as a tenant in the complex until April 2025. As part of its strategy of sustainable portfolio development, Landmarken will renovate the property to improve its energy efficiency.
