The listed, two-story building was constructed in the historicist style with elements of the Neo-Renaissance and is representative of the typical country house of the second half of the 19th century. The stone facade is dominated by a hexagonal tower, whose slate-covered dome was originally topped with a lantern. A fountain in the outdoor area is also part of the historic building.
The ground floor, with its impressive entrance hall and adjoining magnificent rooms, is being carefully renovated to preserve the historic layout. Necessary conversion and renovation work is being carried out in consultation with the new tenants and the historic preservation authorities. The result is a unique rental unit with historic flair.
