Feel good – whether alone, as a couple, or with the family.
A city is only livable when all people—regardless of their origin or income bracket—can feel safe and at home with their diverse needs. We want to ensure this happens. With neighborhoods that offer added value, with functioning communities, and with affordable, high-quality housing that blends in with privately financed apartments in the surrounding area.
This is how we fulfill our most important goal of achieving social impact.
We develop diverse neighborhoods that bring people together across all differences. To this end, we combine good living with other amenities for residents, but also for people in the neighborhood: with kindergartens or day care for seniors, with communal areas for celebrations, with guest apartments or even – we learned this from the coronavirus pandemic – with coworking spaces that allow people to work from home in the neighborhood even if they don't have a study in their own apartment.
We would like to implement our multi-award-winning neighborhood concept "Guter Freund" (Good Friend) in other locations as well – after all, every city deserves a "Good Friend."
In addition, we are developing pioneering and sustainable living concepts, such as our ideas for good, safe living in old age or our WE PARTMENT, a concept for young people who want to live in a community. The co-space concept of our sister company POHA House combines urban living and working with attractive leisure activities.
Only when we have linked our neighborhoods with the surrounding area and improved the lives of residents and the environment in a long-term and measurable way will we be satisfied.
