With around 250,000 inhabitants, Aachen is Germany's westernmost city and also the regional center of the urban region of the same name.

Centrally located in the Ruhr megacity, with its 5.1 million inhabitants, the city is an interesting hotspot for science and research.

The administrative, commercial, and cultural center of the eastern Ruhr region has developed into an important service and technology hub and, following many years of structural change, is now a center for the insurance industry and retail trade.

The gateway to the world: The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, with around 1.85 million inhabitants the second largest city in Germany, is characterized by its port, one of the largest transshipment ports in the world.

The charming city of Münster is a port of call for everyone—both figuratively and literally. Münster is a meeting place for visitors and travelers, students, tourists, businesspeople, and, of course, long-time residents. They all shape and enliven the diverse, colorful cityscape, which is constantly renewing itself through the repeated influx of temporary residents.

A vibrant and economically strong metropolitan area: the Rhine region is home to around three million people and numerous DAX-listed companies such as Bayer, Henkel, and Telekom.

The Rhine-Main metropolitan region is a hub of innovation with a strong economy. Characterized by state capitals, numerous global players, universities, and research institutions, this is a place where the future is being shaped. We are convinced of the region's sustainable development opportunities and want to actively provide new impetus with our own projects to make it even more attractive, livable, and future-proof.

The Ruhr metropolis is more vibrant than ever: long underestimated, but never succumbing to stagnation, all signs point to change here. The Ruhr region is a place of many ideas, open-minded and energetic people, and—despite all the challenges—a positive spirit of optimism.
