We for Münster

The charming city of Münster is a port of call for everyone—both figuratively and literally.

Münster is a meeting place for visitors and travelers, students, tourists, businesspeople, and, of course, long-time residents. They all shape and enliven the diverse, colorful cityscape, which is constantly renewing itself through the repeated influx of temporary residents. The young average age of around 40 is not surprising, but it is atypical for German cities. It clearly shows that once you arrive here, you can easily lose your heart to the city – as do the many students who like to stay in Münster or the surrounding area after completing their studies.

As project developers, this means that we need to provide impetus that is geared towards this particular demand situation. With our projects, we can provide answers to the question of what the future holds and what modern life, studying, and working in Münster could look like – keyword: digitalization. And we can provide answers to the very specific needs of the city's individual stakeholders.

Above all, with the development of the main railway station into a lively, urban district that connects the Hansaviertel and the city center, we have been able to set representative standards for Münster in the past. The station represents a microcosm of the city in its own right, with all its functions such as living, working, and shopping. Various usage concepts merge here, but can also stand alone – in line with the diverse needs of visitors and residents.

Together with companies, universities, politicians, and administrators, we want to continue shaping the future of Münster, as well as its beautiful surroundings, the Münsterland region, and further advance the region in terms of digitalization and community spirit.
