Neighborhood festival at Hansator in Münster

Hansator in Münster, the new urban district near the main railway station, was officially opened with a neighborhood festival. In addition to the neighbors around Hansator, all those involved in the construction and planning were also invited.

FIABCI Award: Double award winner

Festive gala in Berlin – double honor for landmark projects: Two of our project developments received awards at the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence Germany ceremony. Our urban development ensemble at Theaterplatz in Aachen won the bronze award, while our Hansator Münster project was selected for the Official Selection.

A national role model: Hansator is now open

One of Münster's most important urban development projects has been completed: At the end of August, Hansator was handed over to the public with a large neighborhood festival after the last component of the project, Germany's second-largest bicycle parking garage, opened its doors.

A completely new concept for train stations

The development of the east side of Münster Central Station has significance far beyond the Westphalian metropolis, as was already clear at the groundbreaking ceremony at the end of November: While just a few meters away, the so-called Mäkler, a giant cutter from the Dutch specialist company Winmix, dug through the ground, Ina Scharrenbach, among others, courageously grabbed a tool.
