Excavators have arrived at the Gremmendorf neighborhood center in Münster. Together with the municipal development company KonvOY and the general contractor Eggers, Landmarken AG has now broken ground on its “Neue Mitte York” project. On the 9,400-square-meter lot, approximately 14,500 square meters of space will be created for residential, retail, dining, and commercial use. As a result, the planned complex of buildings will fulfill important functions for the entire neighborhood.

The design competition for the second construction lot in the Gremmendorf Zentrum sub-neighborhood of the York Quarter has been concluded: With a design by the firm RKW Architektur +, Landmarken AG won over the supervisory board of KonvOY GmbH as the future investor. Located directly on Albersloher Weg, the project will add a new dimension to the neighborhood center with its diverse mix of uses.

Even after its transformation from a government building into a Mixed-Use-Ensemble, the Gesundheitshaus Dortmund will continue to live up to its name: In addition to a hotel and a daycare center, AOK NordWest—one of Germany’s largest statutory health insurance providers—will also move in and set up a modern customer service center there. The corresponding lease agreement was recently signed, as announced today by Landmarken AG and AOK NordWest.

Hansator in Münster, the new neighborhood near the main train station, was officially opened with a neighborhood festival. In addition to the residents living around Hansator, all those involved in the construction and planning were also invited to attend.

The finalists for the 2022 FIABCI Prix d'Excellence Germany have been announced—and we’re among them! Our “Ensemble am Theaterplatz” project in Aachen has been nominated in the “Commercial” category. This prestigious award for outstanding project development is presented by FIABCI Germany and the Federal Association of Independent Real Estate and Housing Companies.

We’re absolutely thrilled: Neue Höfe has been nominated for the 2022 immobilienmanager Award! In the “Existing Property Development” category, our passion project in Herne has been selected as one of the top three projects in Germany.

The Neue Höfe Herne is fully leased: About three years after Landmarken AG took over the long-vacant building in the city center, the extensive renovation work was completed and the last available spaces in the former department store were leased out.
