Anke Tsitouras

Anke Tsitouras has been a member of the Executive Board since October 2020. She oversees internal operations, property management, and sales. She helps shape the company’s economic, operational, and social objectives, as well as project selection, and shares responsibility for strategic controlling.

Before joining Landmarken, she worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London in the areas of real estate financing, development, and investments. Prior to that, she gained experience in the real estate industry at the real estate consulting firm Matthews & Goodman.

This year, we look back on three and a half successful decades – first under the name AMW Projekte, then as Landmarken AG from 2006 onwards. During this time, we have focused on making cities livable and attractive, while always contributing to the community. We celebrated this anniversary with our fantastic team, our partners, and our customers. Our goal: to say thank you for 35 successful years together!

      Landmarken Posts Record Profit—Equity Further Strengthened

      Landmarken AG has prepared its annual financial statements for 2022 and can report encouraging results that point to a positive outlook for the future: The project developer’s profit after taxes amounts to approximately 40 million euros, marking yet another increase compared to the previous year. This also strengthens the company’s capital base for future projects.
