Anke Tsitouras

Anke Tsitouras has been a member of the Executive Board since October 2020. She is responsible for internal functions, property management, and sales. She shapes the company's economic, operational, and social goals, as well as project selection, and is jointly responsible for strategic controlling.

Before joining Landmarken, she worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London in the areas of real estate financing, development, and investments. Prior to that, she gained experience in the real estate business at the real estate consulting firm Matthews & Goodman.

This year, we look back on three and a half successful decades – first under the name AMW Projekte, then as Landmarken AG from 2006 onwards. We celebrated this anniversary with our fantastic team, our partners, and our customers. Our goal: to say thank you for 35 successful years together!

      Landmarken balance sheet shows high profits – equity strengthened once again

      Landmarken AG has prepared its annual financial statements for 2022 and can report encouraging results that allow for a positive outlook for the future: the project developer's profit after taxes amounts to around €40 million, representing a further increase compared to the previous year. This also benefits the capital resources for future projects.
