As a member of the Executive Board, Jens Kreiterling is responsible for project development, innovation, digitalization, and construction management. Since 2008, the father of two daughters has helped build up the company alongside Norbert Hermanns—initially as Chief Representative and, since 2015, as a member of the Executive Board. His motivation and passion lie in developing vibrant and meaningful projects that make cities better and more livable in the long term. Before joining Landmarken, the architect and economist worked in various architectural firms and as an economic promoter.

Today, he runs the company together with Anke Tsitouras.       Landmarken balance sheet shows high profits – equity strengthened once again

      Landmarken AG has prepared its annual financial statements for 2022 and can report encouraging results that allow for a positive outlook for the future: the project developer's profit after taxes amounts to around €40 million, representing a further increase compared to the previous year. This also benefits the capital resources for future projects.
