As a member of the management board, Jochen Hermanns drives forward the development of strategic issues. After joining the company in April 2018, he initially strengthened the Office and Special Real Estate unit as a project manager.
As an investor and developer, he previously realized the revitalization of the Belvedere revolving tower in Aachen, establishing four office floors and a restaurant. At Landmarken, the father of a young daughter is committed to driving forward the digitalization of projects and processes within the company.
