Norbert Hermanns

Norbert Hermanns has been active as a project developer and real estate investor since 1987. The founder of Landmarken AG combines idealism with pragmatism and has a keen interest in urban planning and architectural quality as well as future-oriented neighborhood concepts. He is particularly driven by the combination of urban design, sophisticated architecture, and the opportunity to advance social development through projects. In December 2021, he moved from the Landmarken Executive Board to the Supervisory Board as its Chairman. Norbert Hermanns is also Managing Director of Stadtmarken GmbH, which invests in the future of cities.
