Stephan Weitz is responsible for the long-term project development of the Krefeld Innovation and Technology Campus. He joined Landmarken AG in 2018 as an executive assistant before moving to the Urban Development Unit as a project manager at the end of 2019.
The industrial engineer came into contact with construction consulting and assessment issues early on in his career and is valued by the team not only for his knowledge in the field of construction operations. As part of a research collaboration with RWTH Aachen University, he worked intensively on the topic of "conversion of warehouses" between 2018 and 2021.
