Stephan Weitz

Stephan Weitz oversees the long-term project development of the Krefeld Innovation and Technology Campus. He joined Landmarken AG in 2018 as an executive assistant before moving to the “Stadtbausteine” unit as a project manager in late 2019.
An industrial engineer by training, he gained professional experience in construction operations consulting and assessment early in his career and is valued by the team not only for his expertise in construction operations. As part of a research collaboration with RWTH Aachen University, he conducted in-depth research on the topic of “the conversion of department stores” between 2018 and 2021.
